LANCE
For now, a simple arcade action game. I will continue to update it with new enemies, levels, and a story as well as technical improvements as time goes on. Feedback is much appreciated.
CONTROLS
- WASD: Move
- Space: Jump
- LMB: Attack
- LMB + LMB: Multiple attacks
- Hold LMB: Spin attack
- RMB: Throw lance
- RMB with lance thrown: Recall lance
- LMB with lance thrown: Teleport to lance
- LMB while in the air: Aerial dash attack
- Q: Toggle aiming reticle
- R: Restart level
- ESC: Close game
Controller is supported except for R and ESC.

This is a really cool start! I think sound design is going to play a big part in this, so it's hard to say much at this point. I can imagine that hearing the enemies charging up and firing will help with offscreen tracking and lend more atmosphere to it all. I might ease up with the particle effects on the lance when it's in hand. Looking forward to seeing more of this though! Great start!
